Montex Shipyard was established on 26 November 2012 in Gdańsk, Poland by Piotr Dębowski and Sebastian Wasiołek. Both partners invested their know-how, competence, knowledge and skills to conduct business in the areas of industry, shipbuilding and metallurgy. From the start, the company has engaged in completing large orders for building offshore vessels.
